Checking in a document to ProjectForce

Use the Check In command to save changes to an open document to the ProjectForce library and to check in the document. A new minor revision will be created in the library. The Check In command is only valid for documents that you have already checked out and opened in an Office application.

To check in a document from within any Office application integrated with ProjectForce:

  1. Click Check In on the ProjectForce menu or click the Check In button . The CheckIn Wizard (Step 1 of 2) appears, similar to the following figure.

  1. Click Next to proceed. The CheckIn Wizard (Step 2 of 2) page will appear, similar to the following figure.

  1. Confirm that the information shown is correct and click Finish. A new minor revision is created in the library. The document is closed in the Office application.
